I dont see anyone using pcloud here.
What do you guys think of it? Im using the free account and it seems okay.

Also been using dropbox for years but the subscription seems pricy. I am looking at the lifetime plan from pcloud.

Assuming security is the same as others, my concern would be if it will end up like Copy

How are you confused? :)

Find Amazon Simple Storage Service and plug in your assumptions in terms of data size, number of GET and PUT requests and so forth to get an estimate. S3 is an enterprise level object storage solution. With the right software you can also use it to backup and store just about anything. It is not the same as Dropbox or iCloud though.

Why not Google Drive? If you are concerned about security?

I use pCloud, only for my Zotero data backup since it was one of the few listed free options that has webdav support.

Only observation, our syncing to the US server is MUCH faster than the EU server. Discovered really crappy sync speeds with Yandex.disk also.

My main cloud sync service is actually Microsoft OneDrive with a MS Office family subscription.
