there is a basketball court at my house downstairs

(almost) every weekend will have si ginna bouncing ball and shouting and laughing at 7am

moi live top floor still can hear them

few years ago lights out at 10pm; they will stop playing but will instead just sit and laugh loudly, thankfully now no more

unless there is enforcement; this suggestion wont work

i have notice one tactics (evil one) that is being used across everything.
that is they keep quiet and do nothing until we act ourselves, then they all come out and whack us for taking matters onto our own hands.
