Sometimes the screen goes black, but motherboard with USB still powers on. Sometimes it just power off just by itself.

If the screen goes black, sometimes it will turn off by itself after a few seconds. If not I will have to manually turn it off.

When I switch it back on, sometimes the screen doesn't shows up. So I might need to power down and switch it back on again. Not sure what is the issue as I have since removed my GPU and monitored the CPU temp, it's nowhere near 80°c. Maybe max ~70°+

Should not be software issue as I did a fresh install of Windows 10 on another SSD. Previously using Windows 7 on another SSD. This issue has been on before the new Windows installation. It's kinda weird that sometimes this happen and on some days it's perfectly fine.

Any idea what might be the issue here?

Tried 1st RAM on slot1 also 2nd RAM on slot2, both standalone.

The com still randomly cracks up... So I don't think it's ram issue? Unless both RAM concurrently spoilt?

well ok, this could really be either the psu or the mb. anyway if your products still have warranty i suggest u lug ur whole pc down for a check on either your mobo side or psu side.

alternative u can bring down to nigel @SLS to do a check.

As i have that issues of yours, but its random shut down, causes by mb. but not really bothering since its a 8~9 years old pc.

i had something similar last time, mine was when playing game, and then just resets, doning everything else was ok. just went sls buy psu and changed it. just trying my luck, and it worked fine after.

if you could find a spare psu to test the system would be best.

Mine is just very random, not that I am doing anything heavy.

Don't mind spending money to buy the PSU or MB. But scare is the other problem :(

New MB means new CPU and DDR4 RAMs... :vijayadmin: Unless I get a old or 2nd hand board

So yeah... right now trying to find from friends for spare PSU to test
