Computer wouldn't boot up

Hi guys, I'll simplify things, my dad's pc is not booting up. I changed the HDD to a ssd recently, installed fresh OS but now, when it reaches the Starting Windows screen where the small four colors form together, when the first two appear the screen will hang, followed by a 0.5 second blue screen before becoming black and finally restarting. Its an endless cycle. Can anyone help? I've tried changing and swapping around the RAM sticks already.

Last time i saw this problem the ssd got RMA'ed

Well, I tried booting it up with another HDD, but the problem encountered there is different. It just didn't boot up, n the loops starts after the top left has these little blue bars appear.

Yup tried one piece at a time already, still persists

Hi, just a suggestion from me.
Set ur bios to default and if necessary change IDE to AHCI vice versa.
Try using diff sata ports too.
See if it helps.

Yea as this bro said, try changing IDE/AHCI in BIOS and see if it solves the issue for you. Gambateh!

Yup actually already tried both options. Hmm maybe sata cable might be spoilt....?

Just swap the DVD writer cable to test.

Not the sata cable. Hmmm got any real way to confirm is mobo or ssd?

Either reformat and install OS on SSD or use mechanical HDD to install.
