Hi all, was hoping for some advice. Just got charged again for not completing ippt/RT.

Was experiencing lower back pain and also knee pain for the past 8 months or so. Was worried about my condition so I decided to just visited a specialist. Was then asked to take a MRI scan to further see what my problems were.

The results of my MRI for my back scan was lumbar spine having disc degenerating at L45 and L5S1 with annular tears.

The results of my MRI for one of knee was having complex tear of the medial meniscus and having a meniscal flap displaced as well.

Degeneration of the anterior ligament with no tear yet.

Cartilage surface fraying.

Due to me being worried of my conditions, Specialist wrote to consider permanent downgrade. was wondering what are the chances for perm down pes.

Only your MO will know. Nobody here has the authority like your MO to say whether you can or cannot permanently down PES.

call your unit or NS hotline to make a medical appointment for review on your health status with a MO.

do be reminded that NSmen are required to updated Mindef if there should be any change to their health status as indicated under eHealth section.

only from there your NSC will manage your case accordingly.

Need help

I was recently diagnosed with bilateral eustachian tube disorder, bilateral mild hearing loss, Allergic rhinitis with a deviated nasal septum. I'm currently B1L1

1)The camp MO asked me to sign temp down pes and didn't inform me about my pes. After 3 weeks, I receive an SMS regarding assigned a new pes for me. Upon checking my new pes, it was the same pes as before but with a 6month additions status. Will I be down pes after medical review board in 6month time or???

2)My coy is going to pop soon in about 1 week time, will I attend their pop or will I get post out before that? I'm currently OOT.

3) my current status is excused loud noise/live fire/blank/explosion for 6 mth
