Not so easy statistically to have other ppl share lift with u… unless the building is >30 stories. Can always wait for next lift if u don’t like ppl seeing into your houseIs it very high ses? Luxury condo and nowadays new condo like to have it for bigger units
The lift if you stay on low floor, not mean that others can see into your house/foyer when its your turn to get off meh?

nope. only the lobby in your unit is.Sound like very nice luxury to have if own really those elite units
bur then the lift shaft space, does it considered as part of your floor psf also?
We have a private lift and in my view, it can be slower than when sharing a common lift. It really depends on the number of units sharing that lift. In our case, 26 units share a single private lift. Most of the time, I am the only person taking the lift, but occasionally, when I am at the B1 lift lobby, the lift happens to be on a high floor, it takes a while for the lift to come down to B1 for me to enter. On the other hand, if you are sharing a few common lifts, even if one of them is on a high floor, another lift may be able to serve you. As mentioned at the outset, it's just a probability issue that turns on the number of people sharing the private lift or the common lifts.private lift very convenient
only your stack can use that private lift.
save a lot of time in the morning
should be rare to see same stack neighbour lar

We have a main door that blocks people in the lift from looking into our house, but it's mostly because we have a dog. I have seen into my neighbours' homes before but I don't find it an issue unless the family members have a habit of walking around undressed or half-dressed.
I remember someone mentioned that Jadescape Penthouse have private lift that only serves that PH unit. Pls let us know when you manage to rent it.private lift very convenient

I don’t know how that smart function works so can’t be sure but I wonder if that would be subject to abuse by people who summon the lift indiscriminately long before they are at the lobby.Newer condos will have smart function to call lifts via your phone in advance.
