Connecting XiaoMi IP camera

Hi Guys. Recently I purchased an IP camera(Product code:MJSXJ09CM) but I’m having product connecting the IP camera to my wifi. Even when the camera announced that Wifi connected but my APP showing is not connected. I had do whatever is instructed but yet to get it up and running.

At first I tot is Router issues but after changing it, the problem still the same

Any idea how to do it?

Try Changing the Xiaomi app setting to CN

What router are you using ? As far as I know, IP camera only supports 2.4G ? Hence if you are using mesh, you will need to set guest wifi on 2.4G for the IP Camera to work.

@Francis I'm using tuf ax3000 Asus. I'm using Nokia beacon 1 but I not sure can that set 2.4ghz.

Francis85 suggested a solution but you didn't respond.

What router are you using ? As far as I know, IP camera only supports 2.4G ? Hence if you are using mesh, you will need to set guest wifi on 2.4G for the IP Camera to work.

If Your Settings > Region already set to "Chinese Mainland", trying to setup a 2.4 network is the next thing you can try.

You setup a temporary 2.4 wifi (with same SSID and pw as your current mesh), connect your cam to this. Then when it's setup, remove the temp network, and restore your mesh.

I tried but still cant. Don know what the issue
