no budget constrain? get pc

too many money to count? get pc, a good monitor and console

i depends largely on the games u want to play. but if u go with PC, it will take some time to get ps or xbox game, but if u want to get those games immdetiely den get xbox or ps, but ofc the bad is that console games tends to give priority to latest console.

there's the official PS site/guide, PS4 hdd can be upgraded without having to void the warranty. Pro will of course cost more.

ps4 and ps4 pro now also support external usb 3 hdd as additional storage (for game installation only).

HDDs of both 4 and 4 pro can be leveled up without voiding the warranty. there are tuts all over youtube on how to do it.
