My hubby invested 100+K of noble stock about 10 years ago. And stock delisted long time ago.

with 1.2mil, i rather buy a small condo for 1mil, balance 200k use for absd. then collect rent while property value gradually rises. im quite sure the returns higher than FD in the long term.

My mil n her sis kanna stuck 100k+ in sembmarine too before it laosai from $3+ to 8 cents. For any stock just buy what U could afford to loss. Not show hand all Ur hard earn saving even it's temasek investment co.


After the noble lesson, my hubby never Investrd in stocks cause he has no luck. He uses his money all in properties and they r doing so well and rents keep coming in. Safer than stock
