I am not sure you guys believe this.
Supposing a person very bad, evil hearted, toxic hearted, every day scold people, then, one fine day, he got illness , he seek medical help, seek religious help, luckily he recovered. Then the person nearly got a road accident. Luckily nothing happen.

Guys, do you believe such events happened is sent by god to warn the person, ”hey, you have been saved twice, please do good to others, dont be evil and bad intent to make others stress”.
If not, next time, God will not save the person but will get the bad karma present.

But then this person continues till now...

It is not a mathematical formula. You do something evil X, you will get back X or a multiple of X.

But what is certain is that in this life, you will often reap what you sow. If you abuse your body with a bad diet and lifestyle, do not be surprised if you get diabetes or a heart attack at 35. If you neglect your family, there's no one to blame if your children are cold towards you or disown you in future. If you cheat and swindle, you may find yourself unable to sleep well at night or find yourself behind bars eventually.

What is also certain is that there will be some 'evil' folks who appear to get away with everything. You need not worry. Everyone dies one day. When we do, we will need to answer to God for the life that we have led.

Spoke to my team mate last night, late at night.
Told me the evil toxic manager will get what he sow towards us big time.
Yes, i told my teammate we need to be tolerance and stay calm and dont get upset.
let Karma do the work.
Yes the manager scolded us now and then, no one want to work in the environment where always get scolded by manager.
We are here to work and not get scolded.
he probably feel shiok with toxic intent and attitude.
