Convergent product brought from lazada no sticker and receipt.

Just checking.

I ordered a Palit GTX1060 3GB from lazada. Distro is convergent.

When i receive the product, i didn't saw any convergent sticker nor receipt from convergent. Only serial number sticker.

Anyone faced the same issue before?


Previously bought Palit GTX950 from lazada that comes with sticker and receipt from convergent.

Same bro. I also bought Palit GTX 1060 6gb from lazada. The box does not have Convergent sticker which will say 3yrs warranty like pictures they have on Convergent facebook. Inside box don't have warranty card also. I asked delivery guy for invoice and he say it should be inside. But I cannot find any invoice.

I am not sure if they ran out of stickers or got so many orders that they have no time to paste it .......haha.

Rest assured it's still fully covered as per our usual warranty terms, and we accept the Lazada email confirmation as proof of purchase.

Those packages that we ship ourselves will have a receipt, those that ship from Lazada warehouse directly it seems they rely on electronic receipt instead.

Usually they stick an envelope with the invoice outside of the wrap layer. Do you have that?

bought item @ qoo10 never receive any receipt too but i went RMA an item @ convergent i show the email proof from qoo10 they settle from there......not a big issue

they already replied with answer and still want soft copy.......isnt it the same when u make soft copy of the receipt urself?

Lazada can generate receipts so....what's the issue? I even managed to print an invoice from 2014 for my gtx970

Go print out the receipt.

It is as good as a proof for you to rma with Convergent. If you still do not believe then by all mean go do what u want above.

Just came back from convergent., I thought can just show the order confirmation, then they ask me how come there never write the seller by who.. end up wait for a while then they call and confirm the order number from lazada. Wasted a bit of time..

Anyway first time rma palit graphics card and need to wait 1-2 months for them to revert. Didnt even see them test.. Now 2months cannot play game and cannot do other stuff also.. quite inconvenient..
