Cooling - Air vs Water

Hey.

I have a NXZT Havik 140 that has served me well for about 2 years. Unfortunately the rubber ties used to secure the fans are broken.

Looking for a new cooler and can't find any decent air coolers these days. Was wondering about a closed water cooling system instead.

Running an i5 2500K stock with a budget of ~$120.

Any recommendations?

Running sb at stock doesn't require top of the line air coolers. Even cheaper ones from cm and deepcool can do their job well.
