Course/Uni advice please

Hi guys, need some help with deciding, learning more about my choices

I have a dip in EEE by SP, looking to change field of study to a business deg.

Since I've screwed up my poly studies, my choices aren't many and I've narrowed them down.

Currently it is this 2

PSB - University of Wollongong - Bachelor of Commerce (Supply Chain Management)

or

Kaplan - University College Dublin -
Bachelor of Business Studies (Honours) in Logistics and Supply Chain Management

I was actually going for PSB, but realized that there is no honours award for that course of study.

I only have a vague idea of what the honours award is, and have no clue as to what impact it will play in the future.

May i have some advice to think on?

I am open to thoughts of taking another degree, so please feel free to give me more to consider.

Note:First choice was unisim full time supply chain with honours, but got rejected.

If I were you, I would choose University College Dublin. I am not sure which one of them is better, but the latter sounds nicer.

Just curious - Why choose business? And why the domain of supply chain?

3 Years of engineering was enough to tell me it is totally not me.

As for supply chain, well i have an uncle in the field, and after listening to him it seemed like the easier field of study to grab a job with, and has decent potential in progress. There might be a better one, which is why I'm open to ideas

Since you got rejected by UniSIM college, did they offer you an alternative to take their part-time logistic & supply chain mgmt?
Their part-time prog also have honours option, so it will be a much more better option than psb and kaplan.

I assume that you have no work exp in supply chain, so you have no way to proof your interest in that subject to UniSIM.
So I suggest that you quickly find a supply chain-related low-level entry job asap, or get your uncle to introduce you a relevant job.
Then you can accumulate some exp before the closing date on 30 sept for Jan 2017 intake.

For honours classification, it depends on the company hiring you, you may stand a better position at getting the job or slightly better pay.
It also affects whether you get the opportunity to upgrade for a post-graduate degree.

Is the kaplan plan overally just the better of the 2 cause of honours and a better provider?
