As advised by others, can do a quick check whether Samsung Magician is performing some "magic" behind... :s12:

btw, if my reallocated sector count is like below picture, does it mean bad sector so fast? Hw come raw value is 000 but already so fast got Current count = 100??

Your SSD is fine. As bad sectors accumulate, the count will decrease.

Sorry for the late reply.

Can you pls explain how does the bad sector increasing and counter decreasing work?

I just sent a old hdd for RMA, it seems as bad sector increase, counter also increased :

Can someone help interprete if this is bad sector when raw value = 00?

The numbers mean that 100% replacement sectors provided, threshold warning when replacement sectors are down to 10% (i.e 90% used), currently 100% replacement sectors available, RAW of zero means that no current bad sectors or replacement sectors used.

Threshold of 140 for bad sector count (this 140 does not mean actual number of bad sectors). Current count is 146 which has exceeded threshold of 140 hence the warning. Actual number of bad sectors is 431 (1AF). In this case, the higher the number of bad sectors, the higher the count.

Confusing?

Sure. The problem is that each manufacturer interprets SMART data differently.

Take a look at the tests I did just now on my SSD using the Sandisk SMART utility.

Image1_zpsue8vwi78.jpg

SMART ID No. 5 shows a RAW count of 1. This means one bad sector has been reallocated.

Image2_zpst80wosu0.jpg

SMART ID No. 232 "Spare Blocks Remaining" shows a RAW count of 99, which means 99% spare blocks remaining.

Now compare the SMART ID No. 5 result running WD SMART test on the same Sandisk SSD.

Image3_zpsddazocuh.jpg

It shows a Current value of 100. The Sandisk test for SMART ID No. 5 gave a value of 1 (RAW number of bad sectors) while the WD SMART test for the same SMART ID No. 5 gave a value of 100 (% of replacement sectors remaining (100 instead of 99 is probably due to rounding)).
