Cracked S4 screen

any idea if samsung warranty cover this? the top glass no cracks, is the layer below. the screen totally no light already. on screen touch buttons still working though


also, go MS or PS service centre will be the same right?
or any recommended shops to change will be cheaper?

Samsung do not cover warranty over cracks on screen.

If the layer below crack, prepare to come out around $250.
