Creative Core3D vs XiFi

I've a Auzuntech Prelude 5.1 that runs on Xifi chip and am wondering what sort of difference it will make if I upgrade to a Core3D by the same manufacturer ?

been reading around, and it appears the C3D lacks some features of the Xifi however in terms of Black/Raw sound beats it heads down ??

anyone tried this yet ?
