Easier to track if you have multiple cards. I tend to request for the billing cycle to coincide with calendar month. Some issuers don’t allow.

Yes. Why not.

say you have recurring big expenditure on 8th of each month. Currently your billing cycle is 11 to 10 of each month.

if u keep it, as soon as your expenditure hits on 8th and gets posted say 10th and your billing cycle ends, you have to pay the big expenditure around 20-25 days after the end of the billing cycle.

whereas if you go change ur billing cycle to 7th to 6th.

you get to drag when your cash outflows by around 1m + 20-25 days credit term

Oh, which banks allow change in cycle?

How to apply, call the bank or need to complete application form?

Many different banks.

What matters more is which bank cc you want to use them you contact them to ask whether they can change the date right.

DBS, UOB, Citibank can from what I know. Others might be able to also.

call in to request to change.

They might not have the exact date u want but might be able to give you a date close to it.

I just tried to change my citibank CC billing date to last day of every month but they only gave me 2 options - 15th, or 20 something.

If not wrong the availability changes depends on which part of the month you ask.
