He wanted to know what's the exact reason and it constituting to a permanent ban.
Usually, infractions points are snowballed to 36 points, correct me if I am wrong; then a permanent ban would trigger. But this isn't the case according to him.

Please address swiftly to him so you may close lesser threads in the other subforum.
