I think this has an advantage against CLR. This has a smaller 10 board lot size, CLR is 100 board lot size.

It feels like, a china manager tracking a singapore-made index, VS a singapore manager tracking an america-made index.

but why not Syfe Reits+ esp if u hve a total invesmt of sgd $20k w Syfe in all
0.5% mgt fees too or lesser https://www.syfe.com/pricing + no min. Sum!

Adv: DONt but the Initial Offer Period (IOP) now, it will drop 4 sure after Listed
the only thing unsure s when does this do rebalancg ?

Personally i still prefer buying ETF.
More control in terms of buying and selling real-time and I can see how the ETF has performed via monthly fact sheet etc..

Syfe Reits+ still showing 2019 performance on website. not v transparent in how well they are tracking and performance.

oh i didnt know tht , just 2019???? but i thought they mthly update their reits users??

anyway so long they all tracked the same iedge top reits....even with some minor adjustmts....
the performance is exactly similar to the one on the sgx website

so probably fees is similar to lion-phillip sreit etf.
but it’s performance seems to be better
