Custom Fan Shrouds?

Anybody printed a custom fan shroud before?

This is something I intend to print once I get my 3D printer in. This is for an ITX build, northbridge temps going crazy.

Printed a trial yesterday, have not finished it yet, lets see how this goes. Anybody wants custom fan shrouds made?

Printed this 2D template last weekend to look at the dimensions. The idea is to attach a 80x80x15 fan that blows into the case, and direct that airflow to the northbridge. There is some interference here with the CPU heatsink, I have already corrected it in my 3D print.

Fresh out of the oven comes v1.

Removed those support layers, and cleaned them up a little. What an odd shape.

It fits! But...

For v2, I'll mount the 80x80x15 fan on the inside of the casing, and extend the whole thing downwards, as the current position impedes the smooth airflow of the cpu heatsink. I'll try to work with what I can. Till the final v2! Will update again.
