from the image u have a pin to help u slot it into the board right? just face the words outside (see the board +- and may sure the words is facing the directions where u can see.)

on your board u should be able to see a power sw as well, if not refer to your board manual.

You can refer to your motherboard manual there should state which pin on the motherboard is the + which is -.

Look closely at the front panel i/o wire you should see one side of the hole got small arrow the other don't have. The one with arrow is the positive. Without is negative. Then connect it properly to the positive and negative pin by refering to your motherboard manual.

Just plug in regardless of polarity for power_on and reset switch, doesn't matter at all.

Does the casing or the motherboard come with a speaker or buzzer?

If no, there won't be any error beep to start with. If yes, did you connect the casing speaker to the corresponding header on the motherboard?

Check whether you connect the ATX12v 4 pins power connector to the motherboard.

The buzzer is in the accessories pack that came with the case. If not installed then no beep (no need to install).

Did you buy graphic card? And monitor connected through graphic card port and not the motherboard port?

Oh i see, i didn't install the speaker/buzzer.
I haven't install the GPU due to testing up the bios first.

Checked the 4pin CPU, it seems stable there.

You hasn't install the buzzer and graphic card.

Move one of the ram module so both modules are using the same colour slots

Ryzen don't have integrated graphics. Only gpu output can see on monitor.

Btw your ram should be in both red slot for dual channel.

Your ssd can turn 180 degree for better cabling.
