D3100 distorted photo

My 7 year old Nikon D3100 recently give me this problem.
Any photo taken with shutter speed faster than 1/200, will have the top part of the photo shown in darker color.

The top 15% to 30% of the photo will also appear repeating.
E.g. look at the Thailand flag and the overhead power line

Anyone know what problem does my camera?
Is there something wrong with the sensor?

shutter problem since affected by shutter speed? Just buy another body
