can anyone advise which is the most value data plan for usage on a laptop

am doing project and the developer refuse to let us use the WIFI because they are worried we stream videos.

i using student plan, $17.91 for 3GB for 24 months contract. comes with huawei e5776 mifi... I think this is the most value one. hahas
