First 2 years fixed at 2.05, FHR8 (currently 0.95)+1.1 thereafter

Worth it to refinance to this?

Fixed for what? US interest rates are going lower very soon, Sibor tends to track that closely so its better to take a floating sibor package if you want to benefit from that.

Ok, if the rates are expected to be flat.

No point when we all know that the rates will be dropping “very soon”
