DBS account upkeep fee

So I transferred whatever miscellaneous money left in the account to make it 0 balance but apparently there's a new change in policy where even if it's 0, the upkeep fee can turn the balance into the negative?

That can't be right. That's penny pinching into the next level.

U cannot apply OCBC360 tnc to DBS. Which dbs account? Multiplier?

Current account can go -ve cos it has OD facilities.

Source is my current savings balance -2 heh. It didn't go into negative the months before

do a Live chat with agent (chatbot), explain and request for waiver under covid measures, u are likely to get a refund, then apply for waiver until Dec.
