Hi,

I want to feedback that dbs has to give an online interface that shows the breakdown of points for each credited card transaction

I was not credited additional points for my visa paywave, online transactions like redmart,grab cc payments e.t.c

I have to manually do an excel spreadsheet and subtract my total points from the previous total points and reconcile with the transactions to tally.

Not many people are like me and there are many who are short changed.

It's ok to make a mistake in not crediting sometimes BUT it is not ok to make it difficult for your customers to verify and therefore hoping that some are short changed and thus earning more profits!

While I understand that how a merchant codes a transaction is not within your control BUT u have to give an interface for customers to verify!!!!

interesting idea. In fact they already have this interface for posb daily$, should just extend it for dbs points

yeah, such Basic functions should be in place long time ago.... wonder why some banks dun hv it in place.. tsk tsk...
