DBS in Taiwan

Hi all,

I am going for overseas studies in Taiwan for 4 years. Isit advisable to set up a taiwan bank account or just use the dbs bank located in Taiwan for my fee and living expenses. I am concerned about the exchange rates and all this. Thanks!
