Dbs points redemption to krisflyer

Good day, not sure if this ques belongs to his subforum but it seems the most appropriate..

I have applied to redeem a large chunk of my dbs points to krisflyer miles last night.

But I'm abit kiasi as the system did not send any acknowledgement email/notice once it's done. The 27 dollar charge has already been made on my card.

Is there suppose to be an acknowledgement email?

Based on past experience, you will get an email 1-2 working days later to let you know that the conversion went through successfully.

DBS don't send any acknowledgement.

You just have to hope and pray it appears in your krisflyer account.

Don't have then contact DBS after 2 weeks

Should anyway take only 2-3 days. DBS redeem miles UI a bit clunky, last time I also wondered if I transfer correctly. Luckily it went through without drama.
