Am wondering if anyone tried their delivery service, and how soon did they send the item? Or how did they inform you of the day of the delivery?

I'm asking because I bought something from them, with delivery, and registered the delivery (ie. my address) online, but it's been nearly a month, and they haven't contacted me to tell me when the item is coming. I've tried mailing them - no reply. Been calling them all day, and the phone is constantly engaged. I noticed that they have a clause that the item has to be redeemed by the beginning of January, so I'm wondering if my item will be forfeited with them not delivering by that date? And how if they try to deliver on a day I'm not even around without telling me first? Could that happen?

same here. item purchased in Dec and it was not delivered. And in my account, it is stated that item was redeemed on the same day when I purchased it.

tel number is either engaged or no one answers. Sent emails oso no use, only got automated reply that they'll respond within 3 working days which didn't happen as well.

still thinking about what i should do next...
