Who is in charge of these diagrams? Because I’m pretty sure for the Sin Ming plot they didn’t aquire a row of terrace houses along Jln pintau

strange that they demolished the former post office and child care centre, but the BTO extent seems to be cut-off just east of where those buildings once were. Maybe the remaining empty land will be a phase 2 later

Wow surprisingly your hobby includes finding out who incharge the diagrams. Maybe 1 day you might ask who is the Architect for this or that building... Maybe instead of posting your question in a public forum, why not directly ask the relevant official authority ?

My reply, the site excluding the houses and old big car park.. U see St directory lah

sin ming site is within 1 km to Cath Hi and Ai Tong., will be very hot.
transport ,easy access to Marymount and future Teck Ghee Cross Island Line Station.
i guess a lift will be built to transport people from site level to Marymount Rd.

Based on the information so far, the area where the post office was is to be included in the project. The land not included is west of the outlet drain? Right now it’s quite vague, might need to wait for the sales brochure to confirm

yea its hard to tell. from URA master plan amendment, we see there's 3 plots from east to west, but unable to visually confirm whether the upcoming BTO is just the eastern plot or the eastern+central plot.
