Dedicated graphics card recommendation?

Thinking of getting a laptop and wanted to get a dedicated graphics card cause need it for photo and video editing (eg. Adobe).

This is what the vendor has:
- AMD 530
- mx250
- RADEON 625

Which one should I be going for? If these aren't good, can you please recommend me some options I can consider.

mx250
It is the fastest out of the 3 and you get cuda+nvenc support.

Note that mx250 is last year's card, laptops released this year will have mx330 or mx350.
