Defrag on a RAID 1 Setup

Hi guys,

as mentioned above, if defrag on a RAID 1 setup, would there be any disastrous consequences? is it advised to defrag or totally keep out of it?

if set up as part of OS drive, it should be fine to defrag. Otherwise, if the RAID1 partition is used for archival/storage purposes, it's not necessary at all.
