Unless you can get your other team to swap duties with you on a regular basis, not recommanded. And also, I not very sure if it is allowed for you to go into part time studies, espically it may affect your ability to do your duty.

Some options to consider

If your schedules allow, it is a good time to take part time studies whilst in national services. give u a heads up vs your peers. there are several universities offering part time degree which requires you to attend 2-3 times week days evening classes

you can consider university of london with SIM http://www.sim.edu.sg , they are 100% examination based , so u need to study and make sure you attend all the tutorials.

For alternative which are 100% coursework and assignment based Vs 100% examination based, you can consider the following

or you can consider kingston university london. if you are NS, you might be eligible for SAFRA scholarship which means that the total fees might be less than 10k only
