fixed after next windows update

every Windows update brings new issues sighz
my Bluetooth keyboard doesn't work after startup (it showed paired status)
current workaround was to reset (off & on bluetooth) the bluetooth after startup.
i was wondering if it's possible to delay startup Bluetooth proccess, hope it may help fix this
