Deleting all posts and account

Dear mods,

I have an unhealthy obsession of frequenting this forum and want to make it my new year resolution to go offline for good.

I would like to ask if it's possible to have my account permanently deleted and have all my posts deleted too. If not possible for both, please take no action.
