DELL intel Wireless AC3165 not detected

Hi

Recently, my dell laptop vostro 5459 has a issue that the internal intel Wireless AC3165 not detected(disappeared) in the device manager. Strangely, the bluetooth module of AC3165 is detected. I think it is something related to settings. I cannot find the hardware switch for turn on/off wifi. Airplane mode switch is on the windows 10 notification, switching on/off does not helps.

Anyone know on how to resolve this? Thank in advance

Maybe might be the hardware issues. Since these kind of things dun disappeared from the system.

have you tried booting with a Windows to go drive? if still doesn't detect probably the card itself is faulty. If you need help replacing it let me know
