Desktop for Deep Learning

Recently I want to buy a desktop for deep learing prefer RTX 2080 TI.

But when I went to local shop such as challenger, Best ,etc. It seems all their model are quite old. Also the website of ASUS, Lenovo, et. not updated with latest model in Singapore.

Anyone can suggest where to buy to the branded one?
