Desktop PC reboot loop problem

My Windows 10 PC is having is reboot loop issue. I think just now I left it unattended, with no application running, it suddenly rebooted and becomes like this:

In this video, the 1st boot actually went up and I saw the usual boot up screen, yhen just shortly after it reboot. Subsequent boot all fails to show anything on screen.

I would like to check, troubleshoot, but which part?

Remove RAM first, then take a eraser and rub off the RAM contacts and push it back and try again. Also do a CMOS clear by removing the battery and putting it back.

If it still fails, remove everything, leaving only board, cpu, ram. No hdd or ssd and gpu. If it boots normally, try adding one component at a time till it fails.

Bro, is ur mobo still under warranty? I highly recommend you to RMA it if it's still under warranty. Had the same issie with Asrock mobo. Reseating the ram is just a temporary measure. Issue will still occurs again

Bro using exactly the same motherboard b75 pro3m previously also exactly the same problem encounter like you. As mention get it RMA if still under warranty if not just use it with this ram reseat fix.

Just be prepare to replace your motherboard soon as this is a well known problem that is plaguing the asrock motherboard. For my case I did the reseat ram fix for a couple times before it eventually die even reseating ram also cannot fix the problem.

And yeah try not to get another asrock motherboard as your replacement motherboard again.

You can do the diagnosing steps as mention by roy if the ram reseat fix does not work anymore. But I can tell you that high percent chance with cpu+mobo+psu the PC also cannot stay power on one as it is the motherboard that die. Although there still is a very small probability that other parts is faulty.
