Desktop rig build advice (first timer)

Hi, as this is my first time building a desktop, I'd like some build suggestions from the community if it's alright. Willing to spend up to $2k.

What I do not need: SSD/HDD (already have them), mouse, keyboard, speaker, OS.
What I do need: Everything else (kindly recommend me a good IPS monitor for gaming, but do not factor it into the build cost).

Dell IPS panel. cant really win them. esp the high end ones
