Device to record Free to Air TV

Hi All,

my old DVD HDD recorder upping lorry liao. Would like to ask if anyone got any recommendation for a device to record Free to Air TV.

I walk walk Best Denki see they are still selling the old DVD HDD recorders. Dun want to spend $$ and buy back the old stuffs

I am assuming u pulling from Stahub TV point? In that case if u have a working PC desktop just fish out a cheap PCI/PCIe tv card with analog tuner and i suggest not dumping too much cos we moving to DVB-T2 later and the quality increase is huge!

Am looking for an external device so it will be user friendly to the rest of my family members. Understand the DVB-T2 part, but I believe the old analog standard will be here to stay for a while. So spend a few hundred dollars I am still ok
