Did my gfx died?

I was gaming halfway and suddenly my screen went pixelated. i try to take the card out and re-seat as well. I restart my com, gives me some blue screen about dumping memory and windows wont load.
I restart again, it loads without my gfx (i.e. using onboard gfx and lags like hell). i checked device manager and it got this comment on my gfx's property (Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43))

Can I conclude my gfx is spoilt????

If so, whats a good replacement for gtx460 with a budget of 200?

i usually play d3 and ff14.. my resolution is 1920x1080

Do you have any old or spare GPU to test? It may be the PCIe slot that may be spoilt, do a mem test as well.

Hi, unfortunately I do not have a spare gfx. I did tried to re-seat my gfx card on my 2nd pcie slot which was never used before and the same error occurs.

I googled on the memtest part but doesnt that relates to ram? it works for gfx as well ?

Memtest is for testing your ram.
