Hi all, seeking advise if my mobo death of purchase...

Just bought parts from tradepac on 22/10...
Went home to setup but couldn't boot up at all, ( the only thing that happened was case Led blink and disappear )
PSU fan not working
CPU fan not working
Case fan not working

Mobo: A320M-dgs
cpu: rysen 3 1200
psu : fsp hyperk 500w
ram : 1x8gb crucial 2400

Connected all my stuff, first suspected case power button faulty, but switch with reset, same result.

As my old rig has died from ram issues, I switch the PSU but same problem

Can anyone advise if indeed the mobo died?

Thanks

Did you remember to plug in the 4pin 12V power into the motherboard?

Looks like your Motherboard comes with a lot of complaints of it either dying or DOA (dead on arrival) in the review section. :s22:

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157767

And as for PSU, you switch from FSP to another FSP is it? :s22:
Might also be a factor but we won't know until you check your mobo 1st with the supplier and if it's fine, time to get your PSU checked.

Tradepac is still a trustworthy shop, just that its more suited for pros and laojiaos. Not as if other shops dun have DOA whatsoever.

I had encountered DOA mobo from PCT before. They changed to a new set when i bring down the next day.

To TS, bring down to tradepac for a 1-1 exchange. Only when it is after 7 days and somehow it died while it was working well after today then you bring down to tech dynamic.

If you bought most items from them, then let them fix it for you till it boot up.
If not you may have to check the PSU is working or not, by simple test.
PSU is good the MB may be the problem.
Get it replaced now then other MB components failed in later stage.

yup. you should find them as the item is less than 7 days old.. you are entitled for 1-1 exchange.

will do, thanks

What GPU are you using btw?

zotac 1050 2gb
