Difference on poop based on types of diet.

For keto, the poop looks wet (e.g. messy), and there will be poop sticking to the toilet bowl wall?
If a change from keto to more carbs, the poop becomes harder (i.e. no more wet), and the poop also don't stick to the toilet bowl wall.

Look like a keto diet, quite messy when pooping.

easier to discharge

most likely ts keto version lacked fibre

Does it means your body can't fully digest the high fat food you are eating?

Yes, low carb, high fibre will have soon soon plasticine type of stool. Excess fibre will show as undigested leaves etc. Less chance of piles is the main objective for me.

That’s when u starting out I believe. Once u get used to it your digestive system will adapt.
