Different storage available

My iPhone under usage show 93GB available but under about it should 147GB available. Which one is correct? It this a iOS 17 but? I check my iPad and it also show different size.

I found the issue. After i offload apps, the available space at General->About will show a higher amount of space than General->iPhone Storage.
