recently checked my M1 bill and found 3 instances of data roaming charges, despite turning off the data roaming function in my iphone6..
is there a bug in IOS8 or iphone6 which can allow the use of roaming data, despite it was turn off? i seem to have read one article recently on this, but i cant find it anymore..
Also, have an argument with M1 on this billing as well, as i ask them about the amount of data used... the CSO told me 18.486KB for 2 days in march, which mean is around 18486B right? which is around 20KB? not sure which apps will be using this amt of data in 2 days, which is average 10KB per day..
and based on M1 charges, it should be 20 cents only (20cts/10KB).
but they are charging me 3.60 for each day which i roam (total 3 days i kenna usage of same amt of S$3.60)..
i have ask them to investigate and get back to me on this.
any one have encounter similar situation?
