Anyone can recommend me a spec for building a desktop for my sister.
Prefer to be able to play SIMS 4 at highest setting. And maybe Dota 2 and CS:GO at highest setting.

If possible Budget around 600.

Monitor not require.
Have a spare SSD 120GB
