Hi all
I have a DocuPrint M205f printer and recently wanted to print on a certificate paper which is thicker than usual paper. However, my printer just don't seem to be able to feed the paper. I tried changing the paper type in the settings to other types like lightweight cardstock but still cannot.
Please advise how can I print on the paper. Thank you.

when you hear the feeder trying to engage the paper, give the paper a firm push into the feeder.

I also own this, the worst feeder ever known to man.

Retired due to feeder, not toner... that's a first.
