Yes I am quite sure in the past have. They get priority, can choose before others. Double confirm cuz those grassroots boast about the perks.. but now I dunno... Not sure whether it is still ongoing.

That why we need PSP in parliament to ask about all these unfair tactics the PAP used in the past. LHL wants to whitewash history. Cuz during LKY time really is Emperor Lee. U do well, LKY reward u with 3R flat free (those early SAF soldiers who help build up army), free this free that.. country took care of them. Including rast time Malay get free university education, no need to pay.
