while i defend the guy in edmw but i often get infracted. and the infraction will ALWAYS happen during the time my other infraction is expired

if it is not being targeted by some mod who dislike me, i would say it is very COINCIDENCE

Moderators are instructed to act upon reported posts by users. It will be very tedious for Moderators to dig through so many posts daily to target a specific user.

Seems like what are jokes to you could be offensive to other users. Going forward you may wish to tweak your sense of humor so as not to appear distasteful to other users.
