Was at compassvale drive. Waiting to U-Turn and the green light flash 3 times too quickly. Does this constitute as a red light offence? Didn't notice any flashes. Have uploaded video for front and rear cam.

If TS is already in the "Pocket" waiting to U-Turn then Its the Traffic Light sensor faulty, It should have Right Turn Green Arrow for TS to U-Turn.

I wouldn't consider this as a beat red light offence. I cannot guarantee that you won't get a letter, but I will certainly appeal if I got one. Just keep the high res video in your computer, continue with your life and deal with the letter when you see it. There are more things in life than to lose sleep over this.

Don't expect the government to reprogram or fix the sensors since this will no longer be a problem when discretionary right turns are removed.

This seems beating the red-light, which carries no penalty, and not running the red-light, which carries a hefty penalty.

unlikely will Kenna. don't want to explain why but if you Kenna, so be it.

your camera angle needs to be adjusted also, cannot see the lines on road etc. not the best if there's some half half claim like if you stopped at stop line etc.
